'High Density' is a US Postal Service sort
level.
The postage rate can be 4 to 6 cents lower per piece! To qualify, it basically means that your
mailing is using an
'Occupant' list, mailing to almost every address in the carrier route(s) that
are included in your list.
Most lists provided by customers have 'normal' density, because it was assembled
with demographics, not simply geography.
At 'normal' density we include 23 cents each in the estimated postage above.
If you select 'Yes' for 'High' density, we include 18 cents each estimated
postage.
If you select to purchase an Occupant list from us, it is assumed that the list
is 'High' density.
We cannot fully determine the actual postage for your mailing or determine if your list
qualifies for 'High Density' rate
until we have the list.
Occupant lists
include all addresses in a geographical area, usually defined by zip codes
and carrier routes within the zip code.
Consumer list parameters
include household income, home value, head of household age, age of home, etc.
(many other parameters are available)
Business list parameters
include geographical location (usually zip codes), business type (SIC
codes),... many other parameters are available
Above list prices based on one use only. Call to
discuss multiple uses.
